A delicious - yet better-looking! - cheese cake

I found this recipe via a blog I read on a daily basis - it was really good, but I have to admit that it still looks better than tastes...

A poor translation of the recipe:

Ingredients:

200 g digestive biscuits
75 g butter melted
800 g natural cream cheese
3 dl sugar
finely grated zest of 1 lemon
1,5 dl milk
4 eggs
200 g crème fraîche
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 dl wheat flour

Made the biscuits into fine crunch. Stir the melted butter into them. Line the base of a springform cake tin with parchment paper and put the mixture onto it. Preheat the oven to 175C.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and lemon zest, continue until the mixture is smooth. Add milk and then the eggs one by one. Add crème fraîche, vanilla extract, wheat flour and blend until the mixture is smooth again.

Pour the filling onto the bottom and bake for 1 hour. You should place the cake in the middle of the oven. Turn off the oven and let the cake cool there for 4-5 hours.

Take the cake from the oven, let it cool, cover with foil and let it refrigerate for at least overnight.
