Yay! Found these cards in our mailbox yesterday and today. It is rather uncommon to receive mail from these parts of Europe, so I consider these three cards as a jackpot!

This has been another crazy mail week... I've received more or less 40 postcards and some letters, huh! Here are the first ones that arrived on Tuesday - I LOVE that card and those stamps from Sweden!

Tämä on ollut melkoinen postiviikko... olen saanut noin 40 postikorttia ja lisäksi vielä muutaman kirjeen, huh-huh! Tässä ensimmäinen satsi tiistailta - varsinkin nuo Ruotsista tulleet kortti ja merkit ovat superhienoja!

Europa Cept 2015: Sweden

 

Remember when I wrote about the Europa Cept stamps for 2015? Well, I received one more this week, this time on an official card from Sweden. I was over the moon to notice it as the chances of getting one were quite small - even when we're neighbour countries, I do not get that much mail from Sweden. Oh happy days!

Muistatteko, kun kirjoitin aikaisemmin Europa Cept 2015 -postimerkeistä? Noh, tällä viikolla kokoelmani täydentyi vielä yhdellä merkillä, kun sain Ruotsista virallisen kortin. Hihkuin innosta nähdessäni tämän, sillä mahdollisuudet saada kyseinen postimerkki randomisti olivat aika pienet. Vaikka naapureita olemmekin, saan loppujen lopuksi todella vähän postia Ruotsista. Siispä huraa!

Letters, swaps and postcards

I hope your Sunday morning has been as good as mine so far; I woke up around 6 am and couldn't continue sleeping after that... So around 7 am I just decided to get the day started. Now I'm sitting at my desk, accompanied by a big mug of coffee and listening to the sweet sound of the raindrops hitting to our window sill. Could not be a better start for the day!
